Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Zhang served as Sales Manager, Head of the Greater China Region and Head of the Greater China and South Korea Region at Google Information Technology (China) Co., Ltd. He joined the Group in August 2014 and served as the Vice General Manager of the Company until July 2025. He was appointed as a Director on May 12, 2016, and was elected as an Employee Representative Director on June 30, 2025.

Mr. Lian served as Investment Manager at Iqi Entrepreneurship Management Consulting (Beijing) Co., Ltd., Investment Manager at IDG Capital Investment Advisory (Beijing) Co., Ltd., the Managing Director at Iqi Entrepreneurship Management Consulting (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd., and Partner of Zhuhai Hexie Zhuorui Private Equity Fund Management Co., Ltd. from June 2008 to October 2020. He has served as the Partner, Manager and Executive Director of Tianjin Chenhui Private Equity Fund Management Co., Ltd. since November 2020. Since April 2017, he has served as a Director of the Company.

Mr. Li worked as a Consultant at McKinsey & Company, as a Director of General Atlantic, and as a Managing Director at Hillhouse Capital. He has served as the Executive Director and Manager of Beijing Nanshan Qianyi Investment Management Co., Ltd. since October 2018. He has been serving as an Independent Director of the Company since January 2024.

Ms. Yi is the Director of the MPAcc Program and an Associate Professor of Accounting at the Business School of Central South University. She also serves as a managing council member of the Hunan Risk Management Research Association and as an Independent Director of Bichamp Cutting Technology (Hunan) Co., Ltd. and Hunan Neptune Pump Co., Ltd. She has served as an Independent Director of the Company since January 2024.

Mr. Han worked at the PRC Ministry of Commerce until June 2016. He later served as General Manager of the Public Affairs Department at Zhejiang Cainiao Supply Chain Management Co., Ltd. and concurrently as Legal Representative and Manager of Cainiao Xiong’an Network Technology Co., Ltd. From April 2025, he has served as Senior Director of the Public Affairs Department at Alibaba (China) Co., Ltd. He has served as an Independent Director of the Company since May 2025.
