Export Control Compliance is important to Anker Innovations Technology Co., Ltd. and its subsidiaries and branches (collectively referred to as “Anker”) .

Anker consistently complies with all applicable laws and regulations of the People’s Republic of China, the European Union, the United States, and other relevant jurisdictions, including but not limited to export control laws, economic sanctions regulations, and Anker’s internal compliance policies, to ensure Anker's global operations are conducted lawfully and fully compliance with applicable requirements.

To safeguard the interests of our broader user base and partners, Anker represents and warrants that it will not engage in business with any entities or individuals located in embargoed countries or regions, as well as any party listed on the Entity List, the Military End User List, or other applicable sanctions lists. Anker will not export, re-export, transfer Anker's Products to, or use them in: (i) any country or region subject to comprehensive U.S. economic sanctions, or (ii) any individual or entity listed on a restricted party list maintained by China, the European Union, the United States, or any other relevant jurisdiction, including anyone owned by or acting on behalf of such individual or entity. Meanwhile, Anker will conduct periodic screening of existing counterparties against the most recent sanctions lists to the greatest extent practicable to ensure compliance in all business dealings.

Anker is dedicated to the consumer electronics sector, with products primarily designed for end consumers and household usage scenarios, and intended solely for civilian purposes. Anker does not engage in any military-related or otherwise restricted end uses.

For other high-risk countries, regions, or business forms as defined by the Export Control Regulations, Anker will conduct rigorous compliance assessments and will only proceed with business upon completion of such compliance assessments.

Adherence to export control compliance requirements is a fundamental obligation for all Anker employees and business departments. Anker continuously improves its export control compliance system, establishes standard procedures for export reviews, and promotes the application and implementation of export control compliance within its business operations.
